Updates and comments:

Kim welcomed everyone to the call. Kim explained that we changed the conference call number because callers were not muting out so others could ask questions and it was extremely difficult to hear both the question and the answer. Now the callers can be monitored through the computer. When callers want to ask a question, they type in a code and whoever is doing the monitoring can put that person in the queue, one at a time, so that only they can ask the question without all of the background noise.

YMMSS was started from a desire. He and his wife, Sue, both had great jobs; Sue had a job in physical therapy and Kim has a degree in Management Information Systems, a computer background, and had a job with the civil service. However, Kim’s job took him all over the world and his 3 children were growing up without him. So he and Sue started searching on the internet for other income sources that could be home-based and found a multi-level marketing (MLM) business.

The Inman’s were very successful in the MLM; in fact, they had made enough money that Sue was able to leave her job and Kim was close to leaving his job. One day he realized that they were losing a lot of people under him in the MLM business. He was beginning to feel like his success was being built on the backs of other people’s failures, which is not something he could live with. He spent a great deal of time trying to build tools to help those people become more successful. Then he had to fight the bureaucracy of the company who was telling Kim he couldn’t build separate websites, he had to use the company websites. The problem was that the company’s websites weren’t working.

One night, he sat down with his wife and he told her that he just couldn’t do it anymore. Kim believes that if you are partners in business with him that your success is his success and your failures are his failures. He just felt sure there had to be a way for everyone to be successful. His wife told him that if he felt he could create something better than what was available, he owed it to himself to do it. She allowed him the time and freedom to work on developing something different. That began a 9 month odyssey of researching various marketing matrices to try and figure out a system where EVERYONE can benefit.

Kim says he wasn't smart enough to come up with the right idea while he was awake; while he was sleeping he was blessed with the idea that is the now the foundation of this company. He immediately got up and started putting these ideas together, did what-if analyses and created a compensation plan that YMMSS uses today. With any business, you have to have a product to sell. He didn’t want to sell people a closet full of products. He wanted something that could be digital and would increase in value as we went along. Kim recalled a conversation he had with his father and his father had told him that sometimes to be successful you don’t really have to come up with a NEW product. You can find one that has lost value and find a new use for it or create great value for it.

YMMSS first started by advertising to a safelist. There were about 50 people that started with him – an ex-federal banking official, retired president of Culligan Water, a couple of millionaires, construction people and a lay minister just to name a few. These people became Kim’s ‘pillars’ and gave sound advice regarding keeping the business safe and long-lasting. They told him that what Kim was doing was great, but he was going to probably make some enemies. They advised him to hire a legal staff to protect the business and the people in it. His pillars volunteered their time doing research to help Kim select a great legal team to ensure that YMMSS would be a legal, moral and ethical business that Kim had always dreamed of. Kim never understood why businesses couldn’t treat people the way the business itself wanted to be treated.

When Kim was working for the MLM, he had written several articles in which he was discouraged with safelists and how their value had diminished over the years. People used to join safelists to get information that they were really interested in. Now people were joining safelists so that they could POST their own advertisements. They were having automatic deletion programs such that they never READ any ads. Many resources were being wasted on the internet by people SPAMMING safelists and so Kim felt safelists had really lost their value. So Kim realized that he could increase the value of advertising by paying people to read ads.

The YMMSS concept is basically taking the safegroup membership and PAYING them to READ ads. When you join YMMSS, you pay a membership fee ($10.65) and buy one ($10.65) EPC (electronic posting credit) for under $22. The EPC that you have purchased allows you to post an ad to our advertising forums. There are at least 26 different categories that you can choose from to post and read in. You aren’t required to read them all, only the ones that interest you. One EPC allows you to post in our General ad forum and that ad lasts for a few hours. If you have accumulated at least 16 EPC’s you can then post to our Silver forum, which lasts for 3 days. If you have accumulated at least 32 EPC’s, you can post to our Gold forum, which lasts for 7 days. The ads should be placed into the correct category; if an ad is placed incorrectly it is subject to deletion.

There a number of people who joined YMMSS just to advertise their business and products. They have discovered that YMMSS is probably the best opportunity for advertising out on the internet. Most admit that they are getting a much better response to their advertising than they have ever had before. So in addition to increasing their advertising dollar value, they are also earning commissions from reading other people’s ads.

As a member, you login to a website and enter the Ad forums for reading. YMMSS monitors whether you have entered the Ad forums or not because, as part of the membership agreement, you are getting paid to read other people’s ads. When you first login to the website, there is even a reminder on the home page to be sure and read ads at least once per 7 days. You can be deactivated if you aren’t abiding by the terms of the agreement. There are vacation modes available when needed, but they can’t and shouldn’t be abused. Logging in to the website to view your commissions DOES NOT count as logging in to read ads. If you are deactivated (which happens after 3 weeks of not reading since there are 2 warning notices sent to your YMMSS inbox), you don’t lose any money that you have put into the system, but you won’t earn anything either. Your position(s) still exist, but when it is time to cycle, it will just be moved to the bottom of the matrix without earning a commission. If you are looking to buy things, we encourage members to look at the ads to see if what you’re interested in purchasing is being sold by a fellow member and purchase it from them instead. It just makes sense to support those advertisers who are helping to pay your commission – a win-win for everyone.

To explain how the commission plan works, when you purchase one EPC for $10, your $10 EPC position is placed at the bottom of a straight line matrix system. It works kind of like a ladder. As other people purchase behind you, they push you up the ladder. When you reach the top of the ladder, then that one EPC worth $10 will double to a $20 commission for you (provided you have been logging in once per week to read ads). There are 4 income options to choose from that allow you to determine how you want to manage this commission: Claim via website, Recurring income at $160, Recurring income at $320 or Repurchase until further notified. With the ‘Claim via website’ option, when your $10 doubles to $20, you receive a notice in your YMMSS inbox that you have earned a commission and you have 48 hours to claim it. You can take your $20 and never come back if you choose. If you don’t claim it within 48 hours or just want to use the money to purchase more advertising, those funds are used to purchase two EPC’s for you (still a single position, but worth $20). This new $20 position is placed back into the matrix at the bottom and this ‘cycle’ happens again and again. The $20 doubles to $40, then to $80, then to $160, then to $320, then to $640. No single position ever grows larger than $640.

If you had selected a recurring income option of $320, then when the $10 doubles to $20 it automatically uses the $20 to purchase more EPC’s until it reaches the $640 level. Once at $640, you automatically receive $320 cash into your payment system account (IntGold, Stormpay or Egold) and the remaining $320 is used to purchase a new position worth $320 and is placed at the bottom of the ladder to cycle again. From this point forward, you would be receiving a $320 income every cycle. You can purchase as many EPC’s as you like and each one of those purchases means a new position for you. So if you make one purchase of $10 and then another purchase of $10, you have 2 separate positions in the matrix. You can purchase EPC’s in increments of one ($10), two ($20), four ($40), eight ($80), sixteen ($160) or thirty-two ($320). The ‘Recurring income at $160’ option is virtually identical to ‘Recurring income at $320’, except that when your position reaches the $320 level, you would be paid $160 and the other $160 used to purchase a new position.

‘Repurchase until further notified’ means that when the position reaches $640, instead of sending you cash, the funds will be used to purchase TWO positions of $320 each. These two new positions will be placed at the bottom of the ladder to cycle again. When those 2 positions reach the top again and they double, then you have FOUR positions. So you can see how quickly you could earn the income of your dreams. You get to control and manage your own income if you have a little patience.

An additional residual income is available to all members. A 3% referral commission can be earned when you sponsor or bring in new members. So when someone you sponsor makes purchases, you earn 3% of the value of that purchase (except for the very first purchase since that would be considered a finders fee). Beginning with their second purchase and every cycle and purchase subsequently, you start earning the 3% commission. We have members earning thousands of dollars per week just from the 3% residual income. There is NO requirement to sponsor or bring anyone else in; it is entirely your choice. Once your referral commission balance reaches $25.00 or more, those funds will be sent to your payment system of choice (IntGold, Stormpay or Egold).

One of our goals is to try and keep the cycle time at 90 days or less. We always state that we will do anything legal, moral and ethical to try and keep the cycle time at that level. Do we always achieve that? No, there are instances when we can’t. An example is taking down our previous website to convert to our new website (which was literally a new integrated computer SYSTEM, not just a website). We were down for 4 days for data conversion. We have had a couple of instances where a couple of members where having issues with their account and thought there might be a security issue, so we took the site down to protect the ENTIRE membership. So for days when we don’t have sales, you can expect that the cycle time will go up. In 2004, we paid out over $60 million in commissions averaging $165,000 per day. So far in 2005, we are averaging over $300,000 per day.

Kim sets aside money from his profits to use for generating alternate income sources that will feed the commission’s payable account (see explanation below in YMMSS membership section). Any successful business, like General Electric (GE) for example, has multiple business units in order to stabilize their company as a whole. They spread their risks so that if one business goes down the others go up. We’ve done the same thing by building multiple income sources for the commission’s payable account. Do those sources pay every day? Of course not, but like anything else, these things take time.

We have short term sources that generate very good returns. We also have long term sources that generate very good returns, but Kim never touches those. Those are set aside strictly for income generation for the benefit of the commission’s payable account. Just in the month of December 2004, there were hundreds of thousands of dollars put into YMMSS through alternate income sources. YMMSS has a resort in Belize, exclusive to our membership, which will generate income for the commission’s payable account.

YMMSS is a huge advertising opportunity. We are getting ready to go after the big corporations and retailers for advertising. YMMSS is an international advertising firm located in many different countries. Most of our membership was attained through word of mouth. YMMSS as a company doesn’t directly advertise itself on the internet. Members who want to market YMMSS usually have 3rd party websites. YMMSS doesn’t allow members to do email advertising or SPAMMING of YMMSS.

Our goal for YMMSS when we started was to have 100,000 members making $100,000, which creates a $10 billion dollar economic unit. Who would not want to advertise to that kind of group buying power?? The whole idea was to build this group so that we could attract the corporate and retail advertisers. We are growing and will continue to grow. Kim doesn’t ever foresee a downturn within YMMSS. Why? When do businesses stop advertising? They don’t. Any business that has a product or service to sell, they have to advertise it. Those businesses are going to go to the places where they get the best results, which will be YMMSS.

The retail advertisers do not get paid a commission; they actually don’t know about YMMSS. They will come in through our retail website known as Success Through Advertising. 85% of those dollars will be fed directly to the YMMSS commission’s payable account. The other 15% is paid to the salespersons as a commission for making the sale. Those retail salespeople currently earn 8-12% commissions today; YMMSS will pay them 15% commission.

We are currently doing processing 3 days per week, but our goal is to get to 5 days per week. On the days of processing, we currently take the system down as a safety precaution. When we brought up the new website, traffic was so heavy that our Panama location thought we were being attacked. We weren’t, it was just very heavy activity from our membership. So we are in the processing of building clusters of servers that will allow YMMSS to operate 24/7, which will allow us to do processing while the website is still up and running.

We are going through training on a new help desk. Our goal is to have a response time of 8 hours. We are bringing on a paid staff that includes some YMMSS members who know the system to improve customer service.

Make sure you login and view your account information and ensure that all of the information is correct, especially the first and last names. We are working on our own payment system and your account information will be used to create accounts for everyone in our new payment system where you will be paid instead of IntGold, Stormpay or Egold. What you do with the money from there is up to you (debit card, have it wired, etc.). We hope to have this implemented very soon. We want to pay the right individuals. If you have invalid data in your profile, then an account will not get created for you.

Testimonials from YMMSS members –
Hubert (Hump as he likes to be called) from Oklahoma shared his success story about YMMSS. Hump has been with the company since July 2003. Hump was on disability with Social Security for 15 years. He had been in other internet businesses and like many others had lost a lot of money. He, like many others, thought it just sounded too good to be true. But he decided to go ahead and join; he purchased an $80 EPC. He was considering leaving YMMSS because he didn’t really understand how it worked and didn’t want to lose any more money. So he sent an email to Kim and asked for his money back. He didn’t expect anything, but figured he had everything to gain and nothing to lose by asking. Later that day, Kim phoned Hump. Hump thought to himself, ‘How many CEO’s of a company ever personally phone you?’ Kim told him he would gladly return his money, but it would be the biggest mistake of his life. No owner of a company had ever returned Hump’s calls, much less spoke to him in that fashion. So he decided to give it a chance. Not only was he able to get off of disability, he has been able to make a six figure income with YMMSS.

Mark from Michigan joined YMMSS on November 1, 2003. He and his wife have four children and Mark wanted his wife to be able to stay home with their children. Mark made decent money at his job, but it is expensive to maintain a household on one income. Mark had exhausted every opportunity on the internet and one day a close personal friend introduced him to YMMSS. He hated the dishonesty in most of the internet programs he had been involved with. Although he had been able to find a few internet programs that he could be somewhat successful at, he wanted to help other people as well and just couldn’t do it. He borrowed money against his 401K plan and joined YMMSS. In February and April 2004, he was paid $3000; in July 2004 he was paid $5000. In October 2004, he received close to $14,000 and another $2000 in December 2004 for referral commissions. Mark has continued to search on the internet and still hasn’t found anything close to what YMMSS offers.

Shaw from Texas stated that he is probably the last person who would get involved in a company like this. He is both a CPA, a CFP and has been a corporate VP of two Fortune 500 companies. When he first looked at YMMSS, he didn’t really think it would pan out. He had a couple of conversations with Kim and a few others in the program; Shaw asked Kim some key questions on issues that were vital for Shaw and Kim’s responses convinced Shaw that Kim knows what he is doing and that this is a program based on very high integrity. Shaw has been a member for 9 months now. With Shaw’s experience as a corporate VP and based upon the patterns of growth of the last year, he believes YMMSS could reach it’s goal of becoming a $10 billion economic unit by the end of 2005.

Jeannie from Florida joined in April 2004. She has gone through almost 4 cycles now. She had her positions set to ‘Repurchase’. She took her first payout in December for Christmas money and then reset those positions back to ‘Repurchase’. She wanted the members to know that we need to rally behind YMMSS when there are bumps along the way. As Kim states, this is ‘our’ company. Her husband is on a weekly subscription and she too is beginning a weekly subscription. She encourages everyone to purchase in order to help bring the cycle time down. She is still as excited now as she was when joined.

Tony shared his story. He was in the hospital on December 16 for about 8 days due to a pituitary tumor. He was released from the hospital on Christmas Eve. His recovery is expected to be about 4-6 weeks. During his recovery, he has been reflecting. He started with YMMSS in 2003 and is now earning almost $100,000 per year. He can sit at home, his family is taken care of and he feels extremely blessed by what Kim and YMMSS has done.

Ron from Kansas City joined in January 2004. Ron had lost his job and had been out of work for a couple of years and was feeling destitute. He heard about YMMSS from a lady living down the street from and she asked him to check out a meeting that was held in Corpus Christi, TX. He did and thought it was too good to be true. He called Kim and talked on the phone for a long time. He still had some money left in one of his 401K savings plans and was able to buy $22000 worth of advertising on January 22, 2004. That paid him for the first time in April 2004 and again at the end of June 2004. He put in another $8000 in at that point and it paid him back another $30000 at the end of September 2004. He stated he will pay taxes on $74,000 for 2004 and expects to make over $100,000 in 2005. He thinks it’s amazing because he only has to work about an hour or two per day.

Chris had a sports injury and had broken his neck. This injury resulted in very severe migraine headaches, which lasted for 18 months. Other complications from his injury left him barely able to function. He had built a multi-million dollar business in Toronto, Canada. After his injury, his business had just about evaporated and he had just about lost everything he had worked so long and hard for. He was heavily in debt, had to mortgage his home again and was on the verge of bankruptcy. He had considered suicide; his wife was ill from the stress and depression. Then he was introduced to YMMSS. He, like others, thought it was too good to be true; but he was desperate. He started slow and even after joining had lingering doubts. But he continued to talk to other members and to Kim. He has been a member now for 16 months and his financial situation is now at a point where he can pay all of his bills and has some stability back into his life.

Chris also wanted to comment on the cycle times. He stated that back in 1978 a company called Microsoft was created by Bill Gates, who had a vision. Kim has a vision as well. Microsoft is a public company that trades on the stock market and the stock market fluctuates a lot. Over the past 3-4 years, the stock market has steadily declined. YMMSS is not a public company and therefore isn’t controlled by the stock market. So why are we worried about a few extra days being added to the cycle time? The cycle times have gone up as a result of things Kim has done to improve our business as a whole with the implementation of a new computer system, to protect the integrity of our database when things even look remotely suspicious and still continues to forge ahead with bigger and better opportunities for all of us.

Q & A Session

Q1: Is the benefactoring functionality going to be available again?
A1: Yes. Here’s what happened: I want to track benefactoring; I want to know who is benefactoring and who is not because people have ‘accidentally’ benefactored a position or benefactored to the wrong person. So Kim wants to monitor these things for suspicious activity. So a reporting mechanism is being built such that when benefactoring occurs, a notice should be sent out. Sometimes email accounts cause a problem because people don’t type the email address correctly. Now the system is set up so that if there are commissions going out to anyone who hasn’t made a purchase because they have created a new account, the commissions are refused before Kim ever releases the funds. Once Kim is satisfied with the new report, the benefactoring will be available again. Rest assured this is on our priority list.

Q2: In the latest announcements, you mention something about a platinum membership. Can you elaborate?
A2: This is designed mostly for members who have attained their income goals. Whenever they have a $320 position that cycles to $640, they can choose an income option that will purchase a new $320 position as normal, pay them $160 commission instead of $320 and then put the remaining funds back into the commissions payable account. These remaining funds do not purchase them a new position; it just puts money back into the system to help pay others.

Q3: Is there any time frame as to when the first solution would be in place to stop the increase in cycle times? If no clear time frame is given, how high will cycle times actually reach?
A3: Our target to have the servers in place is in the January/February time frame. We hope to have it done before the end of the month. Murphy’s Law seems to be working against us no matter what. We just happen to be processing record sales days right now. Last year our normal daily payout was around $165,000/day; so far this year, the average is $325,000/day. When we hit big sales days, the cycle times will go up. The great thing about this is while those cycle days go up on big sales days; it goes back down whenever those days cycle back around. Whenever we start paying out commissions for November 18, they cycle times will fall because we had days that the system was not operational at all. We have other income sources that we feed into the commission’s payable account and it’s not unusual to put in $50,000-$100,000/week from those sources. I could spend my time analyzing the time frames for such things, but I think it’s much more important to spend my time generating other income sources. I can’t give you an exact date. If we get the retail site up and start selling retail ads, the cycle times will come down. If we get the servers up and start operating 24/7, the cycle times will go down. Until the servers are up, we are losing one full day of sales every 7 days. In other programs, your biggest concern is usually ‘whether’ you will be paid; with us, it is ‘what day’ you will be paid. Try and have some patience as there are some things that are out of our control and we are working hard every day to get the cycle times back down to 90 days so we can manage it at that.

Q4: How do I contact Kim?
A4: There is a phone number on the website (206-350-1125) that you can call and leave a message. Because of our growth, we’ve had to bring in other people that can also talk to you who have experience with the business. When you leave a message, it will be emailed to me and I review the message. If it is something I have to handle, I will handle it. If it can be handled by another experienced associate, I will pass it on. I wouldn’t pass it on to an associate if I didn’t think they could answer your questions. We try and answer them in the order in which they are received.

Q5: What is the time frame for launching the retail site, Success through Advertising?
A5: We hope to have the site up within a couple of weeks. We are trying to come up with the pricing that makes sense for the advertisers. Right now on the internet, pricing is usually ‘per click’. With our site, advertisers will be able to put in graphics, websites, etc. and want to move to multimedia so you can take television advertising and convert it to a format that can be put on our chat rooms as well as our Ad forums. We want pricing to be fair and equitable for both parties. Information will be forthcoming on the Announcements for those interested in participating in the retail advertising.

Q6: I am having trouble signing up because of secondary passwords supposedly being ‘invalid’. I have called IntGold and they gave me a password, but it still says invalid. What can I do?
A6: Send an email to [email protected] with your name, phone number, best time to call and Barry can help you.

Q7: Is there a time frame that I have to advertise after I purchase an EPC?
A7: No, but we’d like for you to use them within a calendar year of the purchase date. We want you to use your EPC’s. You can collect them with the intent to use them. Understand that you are buying a product and you are stating in the membership agreement that you have a need for that product. If you buy one EPC and you want to let it accumulate to 32 EPC’s so that you can post into the Gold forum that is your choice. We don’t want you to have thousands of EPC’s and used none. We want to be able to show that YMMSS is selling a product, people are buying that product, people have a use for that product and they are using it.

Q8: I heard something about a new debit card. Can you elaborate?
A8: I mentioned earlier about having our own payment system. When we implement that, you will have a YMMSS debit card. We hope to have that available by the end of the month. We will pay your commissions to this new account that we assign you. This is in cooperation with Wells Fargo. You can move that money to anywhere in the world or to the debit card. You can use the debit card at ATM’s. The only limit is whatever your bank’s ATM withdrawal limits are. There are no limits to how much money can be accumulated on the debit card. You can only feed the card $2500 per day (which is imposed by the Homeland Security laws in the US), but there’s no limit to the amount of money you ultimately transfer to the card.

Q9: In the long term, do you see there being a limit on the number of people that can be members of YMMSS?
A9: No. We want to be the place where everyone wants to advertise; not only in our language, but in every major language across the globe.

Q10: Is the resort available for reservations? Also, my wife and I will be in Belize next week; can we arrange for a boat to take us to the island?
A10: Yes. If you will call the number that is on the Announcements (501-220-4444) and talk to Kim down there, she can help to arrange it. There also a link for the resort’s website to arrange reservations.

Q11: Are there caps on the income level that can be attained?
A11: I can’t see doing that. If you do that, how and why would new money come in? I don’t see any benefit for capping income. I have studied and studied to see if there would be a benefit. As an example, let’s say we said after the 6th cycle you won’t be paid anymore. People would then go in on that last cycle and change their income option to ‘Claim via website’ and take their money and go home. It doesn’t make sense to limit people’s income here.

YMMSS Membership InformationIf you have a website that you want to use to market YMMSS, you need to let Kim and staff review it before using it.

If you have any questions about your Emoneynews website, please send a detailed email to [email protected]

If you send an email to [email protected] or to [email protected] with an attachment, it will automatically be deleted. You need to put all information that was in the attachment into the body of the email.

There are various resources people can use to get help as an alternative to sending emails to [email protected]. We encourage people to try these first before sending emails as the response time may be a little quicker. We have a live chat room that people can access; we have the YMMSS Bulletin Board (ymforums.com). Also remember that when you do send emails into this address, they don’t necessarily go straight to Kim. A ‘help desk’ is available at www.ymhelp.com .

If you are interested in donating funds to the Benevolence Fund, the IntGold account number is 97044 and the Stormpay account number is [email protected] . There is no tax advantage to donating to this fund; it is designed to help others in need. If you need to make a request and have been a member for at least 90 days, you can send an email to [email protected]

Everything that Kim does is always in an effort to bring in additional income sources for the commission payable. A breakdown of the where the money comes from is as follows:
•75% of every member’s purchases are placed into the commission’s payable account to pay commissions to the members. The remaining 25% belongs to YMMSS and Kim. That 25% is used for the following:
o3% is placed into a fund (not the commission’s payable account) to pay the residual income to members who have brought in new membership to YMMSS.
o11% is used to pay operating expenses. This includes salaries, acquisition and maintenance of multiple computer servers located in various locations across the globe, sundry expenses to operate the business, etc.
o11% is Kim’s profit to use as he sees fit. Kim CHOOSES to use this money to generate alternate income sources that will benefit the commission’s payable account for the LONG term AND generate unusually higher returns to benefit YMMSS's stability and income generating capacity when he is NOT required by our membership agreement to do so. The majority of this money is used for outside investments (short, medium and long-term). Kim does not specifically disclose each and everything he considers or does with these funds to keep those ideas "trade secret" as part of his financial strategy. He is taking ALL of the inherent risks in these investments with HIS money, not ours and would suffer 100% of the losses if any of these income-generating vehicles failed. One example of such an investment is the resort in Belize, exclusive to YMMSS members, in which profits are directly fed into the commission’s payable account.
•Large amounts of additional funds will be generated with the implementation of the retail side of our business, Success through Advertising. We already have customers waiting until our retail website is available so that they may begin purchasing advertising in order to advertise to our group.

3% commission – THIS COMMISSION CAN ONLY BE EARNED PER HOUSEHOLD. IF YOU SPONSOR YOUR SPOUSE, PARENT, CHILDREN, OR ANYONE ELSE WHO LIVES IN YOUR HOUSEHOLD, YOU WILL NOT EARN A 3% COMMISSION ON THEIR PURCHASES. There will be a place on the new site to fill in your sponsor’s username. Sponsors need to make sure their people know what their username is. The username is the one that you have in the YMMSS.org/clients website (not necessarily the one you use in Emoneynews, for example. If Kim is your sponsor, his username is inmanke). If you don’t want the 3% commission, there will be a code for you to use that will indicate to Kim that the 3% can be put back into the commission payable account. The 1st purchase you will NOT receive the 3% commission on—this goes into the commission payable account. Every purchase after that you will receive the 3% commission on. The reason for not getting the 3% on the first purchase has to do with a law stating we can’t charge a finders fee. So we comply with this law by not earning commission on the first purchase. For example, if someone you are sponsoring purchases two – 32 EPC’s, the first 32 goes into the commission payable account and the second purchase you will receive a 3% commission. When those purchases cycle, you will receive a 3% commission on EACH purchase. The same rule applies to all of the other levels of purchases (1, 2, 4, 8, 16). Another example: if someone purchases a 320 and their purchasing option is set to ‘Recurring income at $320’, then when that cycles, you will earn 3% on the $320 repurchase. If the purchasing option was set to ‘Repurchase until further notified’, you will earn 3% on TWO $320 repurchases.

For posting/reading advertisements, click on the ‘YMMSS Forums’ link. Next, you will see the 3 levels of advertising: General, Silver and Gold (Silver requires at least 16 EPC’s to post; Gold requires at least 32 EPC’s to post, all others should use General). Click on one of those links and then you will see categories of advertisements. Click on your choice and then the individual advertisements will be listed for you to read. To post in one of these categories, click on the ‘Click Here to Post’ link. Please post ads in the proper category; otherwise, ads are subject to deletion as this could be viewed as SPAM. More detailed information is available on the Helpdesk under tutorials.

Please remember that this is NOT an investment. This is earned income and will be reported as such on 1099’s if actual cash is transferred to your account.

Per instructions from our legal staff, we can not and will not give out tax advice. Please discuss this issue with your own tax accountant/advisor.

COPYCAT PROGRAMS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO BE ADVERTISED IN YMMSS. If it is repeatedly done, you can lose your access to posting advertisements and forfeit your commissions. There are moderators monitoring the advertisement postings to make sure no copycat programs get posted. It is the moderator’s job to reject that posting if it is a copycat program being advertised. Kim has instructed all of the moderators to send a note to the person who tried to post the ad telling them that they can’t post copycat programs. If that moderator comes to Kim because he/she is being harshly criticized by that member whose posting was rejected, Kim will remove them from the list of members allowed to post advertisements. Then Kim will contact that person and discuss the issue and come to an agreement as to whether you want to continue as a member of YMMSS and regain posting rights. If you didn’t realize you did anything wrong or you disagree about whether your ad is a copycat program, Kim is always open to discuss. However, don’t attack the moderators because they are only doing what Kim asked them to do.

3 points to remember that each member has agreed to do when joining YMMSS:
•you agreed to promote YMMSS in a professional and business manner – this means NO SPAM, doing anything to cause a hindrance to YMMSS
•you agreed that you are buying a product that you will use – you are buying advertising via an electronic posting credit (EPC). However you use that EPC is up to you (e.g., announcements, promoting your own business, promoting charities), but you have to use the EPC’s.
•you agreed that you will view other people’s advertising. This is key because we want to sell this to the retail customers, hence making YMMSS a more solid and trustworthy business. If the retail customers see that the members do look at the advertising and YMMSS offers a great demographic, they are more likely to put their advertising dollars into YMMSS as well. You must login once per week and read ads. You will receive a warning notice after the first and second failure to comply. After the third warning, your account will be deactivated and commissions will not be paid until compliance is performed.
